Problem/Opportunity

We were engaged to create a detailed sales brochure and website to launch an innovative and free service that’s like ‘Compare the Market’ for the new home industry. This service enables new homebuyers to check, compare and choose from thousands of homes and hundreds of home-builders and land estates – at no additional cost.

Strategy

Given the innovative nature of this service we decided to take things to a whole next level by using 3D illustration instead of the stock standard photo-images used by most homebuilders.

Our in-house 3D illustration team had a ball creating the awesome array of illustrations for this project.

The website

Not only did our website need to convey this exciting service in an innovative way but with thousands of house designs and house and land packages we needed to build it in a way that ensured the user experience was smooth and super-fast. Bingo!
