We were asked by the team at First Home Buyers Direct to come up with a highly impactful creative approach for their first ever TV campaign.
We decided to focus on the phrase “first time” and depict a happy customer recommending First Home Buyers Direct in a series of funny situations.
We first created a series of 4x 15-second TVCs featuring our wacky hero character, recommending First Home Buyers Direct in a variety of crazy but relatable “first time” scenarios.
This was followed with a Sale promotion campaign urging customers to “share the joy” on social media, incentivising existing customers to share each stage of their home build for the chance to win great prizes.
This campaign, coupled with a new website and digital marketing campaign, has helped to deliver exceptional sales and leads. Client is continuing to use this successful campaign mix.
