The Problem/Opportunity

Perth Inflight Catering (PIC) asked us to rejuvenate their 18-year-old brand prior to them tendering for Etihad Airways’ in-flight catering services in WA. Although PIC already had 70% of the FIFO catering market in WA, this was a major opportunity to secure their first international airline customer.

Complete Makeover

We rejuvenated their 18-year-old brand to enable PIC to compete against Q-Catering (Qantas) and Alpha (Emirates). We then rolled out the new logo along with extensive photography, a new website, corporate stationery, capabilities statement, tender documents, vehicle signage, staff uniforms and the Keynote pitch presentation.

Mission Accomplished

PIC was appointed by Etihad in late 2014 for outbound catering services for all Etihad flights into Perth. What’s more, South African Airways (SAA) became their second international airline customer in late 2015.
