We were appointed in late 2023 to refresh and rejuvenate the SW1 Homes brand from top to bottom.
Our strategy was to make all the good things we associate with the Southwest region of Western Australia a part of the SW1 Homes brand, while reminding first homebuyers that SW1 Homes is a part of the Scott Park Group and Sumitomo Forestry – the largest new home builder group in Australia. As part of our strategy we took the well-known phrase Home Sweet Home and made it our own.
Our brand design uses bold colours and a clean custom-designed font to create a cleaner more contemporary wordmark. You can see the difference in the before and after brand designs.
We use imagery that reflects the happy, relaxed and laid-back nature-loving lifestyle we all associate with the Southwest of Western Australia.
Our website offers a concise and relaxed user experience, providing all the information a potential homebuyer needs – without bogging them down with too much detail.
The refresh has carried through into the Lead-generation ads we run on META and the results have been very encouraging.
To make it easy to engage with potential homebuyers, SW1 Homes opened their new showroom in the Homebuyers Centre, Bunbury – right next to JB HiFi.
